• Where we deliver
  We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom through our website. If you wish to send your order to another country, please contact our Customer Experience Team for further information.
• Partial Stock Orders
  Web orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items are not shipped in separate parts. All items will be sent together once the full order is ready. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and non-stock items.
• Out-of-Stock Items
  Out-of-stock items are subject to a lead time, determined by manufacturer availability and sourcing location. Please confirm the lead time before purchasing, as orders for these items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee if canceled once placed.
• Large items
  Some items we sell may be subject to additional shipping costs due to their weight (over 30kg) or large dimensions. We strongly recommend clarifying the shipping costs before purchasing to ensure no additional charges are included unexpectedly.
