Estimated Lead Times (Non-Stock Items)

For items not currently in stock, we display an estimated lead time on the product page. This reflects the usual number of business days (Monday to Friday) it takes for our suppliers to deliver the item to our distribution hub, under normal conditions.

Please note:

  • These estimates represent the minimum time expected

  • Lead times may change without notice, particularly due to ongoing global supply chain challenges

  • If you need a more accurate lead time, please contact our Customer Experience Team via Live Chat or your usual method

For items with a known lead time of more than 28 days, the product page will show a message asking you to get in touch for up-to-date availability.


Delivery Times (In-Stock Items)

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. You should generally allow 4-6 business days from the date of order for delivery.

If an item is out of stock, delivery will depend on the supplier’s lead time. Orders sourced from outside the UK may take longer.

We typically ship via DPD within the UK and Europe. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking details where possible. You can track your parcel via the DPD tracking page.

To help ensure smooth delivery, please include a valid mobile number or email address at checkout. DPD will use this to notify you of your delivery window.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard UK delivery (up to 30kg): £9.99 + VAT

  • Remote areas (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands): £19.95
    (Postcodes include AB31–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IM, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA79, PH19–PH50, TR21–TR25, ZE1–ZE3, BT, JE, and GY)

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Size and weight of the parcel

  • Delivery location

  • Items over 30kg or fragile items may incur extra charges

International shipping is not currently available via the website. For overseas orders, please contact our Customer Experience Team.


Important: Receiving Deliveries

Please inspect all goods on arrival before signing for them.

If inspection isn’t possible, please sign the delivery as "unchecked".
If damage is found later and the delivery wasn’t signed as damaged or unchecked, carriers may reject claims.


Partial Shipments

We don’t part-ship orders by default.
If your order contains both stock and non-stock items and you’d like them shipped separately, please contact our Customer Experience Team. Additional delivery charges may apply.
