Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Some of our product images are digital models based on technical drawings and other reference materials. While we strive for accuracy, there may be slight variations between the images and the actual product. However, if you provide your machine’s data plate details (manufacturer, model, and serial number) prior to purchasing via an enquiry, we will ensure that the part you receive is the correct one for your machine, regardless of any minor differences in the image.
Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your sales receipt. Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder for this email.Log In to Your Account
If you have an account on our website, you can access your sales receipts anytime by following these steps:- Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Go to the "Orders" section.
- Click on the order number to view and download your receipt.
Guest Checkout
If you checked out as a guest, your receipt was sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you can't find it, please contact our support team for assistance.Contact Support

How can I return an item?
Returns are accepted, but all returns must be authorized prior to sending the item back. Any item returned without authorization may be lost or voided from return eligibility. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sparesmountain.co.uk.
Please be aware that returns may incur a restocking fee. Additionally, items sold as non-returnable will require supplier confirmation to determine whether a return can be processed. For further details, please read our full Returns Policy (link available in the footer below).
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we will! If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, it doesn’t mean we can’t source it. We’ll still work to fulfill your order and provide you with an estimated lead time. Please note, however, that we cannot restock or source obsolete parts, as all parts are brand new and sourced only from current, authorized suppliers.
To ensure timely delivery, we may even arrange for items to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. This helps to expedite the process so that your items arrive as quickly as possible.
For orders already placed, if any items have an expected lead time of longer than 5-7 working days, we’ll notify you beforehand. This allows you the flexibility to decide whether you’d like to proceed with the order based on the updated timing.
Where can I ship my order?
At the moment, we’re proud to serve customers across the UK! Stay tuned, as we’re exploring options to expand our shipping destinations in the future. We can't wait to bring our products to even more places!
Can I pick up Items from the warehouse?
Our warehouse does not have a customer-facing counter. For health and safety reasons, all individuals must receive prior approval before being permitted on-site.
As a result, we are unable to accommodate walk-in pickups. All orders will be processed and shipped directly to your specified address. If you have any special requests, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
